No, you will get into shape as you train. We have a series of exercises that you will learn as you progress through the ranking system which will enable you to perform the self defense techniques.

No, you are not too old to begin martial arts training. Jiu-Jitsu regularly has students start from adolecense through their 50's and older. Jiu-Jits has been proved as the most effective martial art.

We recommend attending two 1-hour classes per week and practicing at home. As you progress through the ranks, you may also opt for 1-hour private lessons for more personalized attention and to further hone your skills.

In Jiu-Jitsu, it takes approximately 7 years to reach the summit as black belt. Get your black belt will depend mostly of you attitude, consitency and dedication to yourself and others.

We offer different plans starting at $129/monthly. When a student joins our school, they are required to acquire the SUMMIT Uniform (GI, Rash Guard, and Belt) which costs $300. However, the first monthly fee and membership are automatically covered, so the student won't need to pay the monthly fee separately.
